Consulting Services

ISB has an experienced consulting team to support our clients, covering the full spectrum of Business Process and IT Systems. Our consulting practice includes an ICT Team (Information Communications Technology). The ICT team is headed by a Service Management Director and Service Delivery Manager.

We apply the industry standard for Program and Project Management to all our Consultancy work. Our Project Managers are PRINCE2 Certified and our Program Managers are trained in MSP (Managing Successful Programmers). See Training for further detail.

We apply a World Class Delivery Methodology to all our Finance and Systems Projects. The 8 Part Process starts with Business Engagement, Mobilisation, Impact Analysis, Detailed Design, Build and Test, User Testing, Readiness/Cutover, and Warranty.

Our application to any project is driven by the industry standard Top-Down Planning Approach. Before any activities are commenced they must align to the companies Strategic Initiatives, which support the Strategic Imperatives to ultimately meet the companies Growth Goal. To measure the success of this planning, all parts of a project must have objectives where the success (or otherwise) can be measured and monitored. Without this careful planning projects are delivered that do not actually meeting the company’s long term goals.

ISB will engage in wall to wall processes, ERP systems, business intelligence, CRM, logistics and operational projects. This will include the change management impacts. We have undertaken several Improvement, Optimisation and Rescue Projects.

In some cases ISB will help a client with internal or external Sales & pre-sales activities. Including project proposals, PIDS, bid work, business case.

As SAP Partners ISB can deliver the SAP Solution for the SMB Market - SAP Business One. This is also a very effective solution to support smaller subsidiaries of Groups that use SAP's Enterprise Solution.
